From 1st January 2010 VAT is charged at 17.5% and all prices are inclusive of VAT.
We accept most major Credit/Debit cards for payment, however there is a £2.00 service charge if paying by card. Please contact us with your Credit Card details should you wish to utilise this service.
We do not accept payment online but you can pay by credit card by telephone if so desired. An invoice for payment shall be dispatched with the goods and payment can be made by cheque but all overseas transactions are by pro-form payment only.
Once the order is placed Millennium Mark will contact you by email.

Unlike many internet companies we try to be as fair as possible with our postage costs.
The minimum postage is £2.00 and the maximum is £8.50. We base the price on the weight and size of the parcel along with the cost of packaging. (UK Customers Only).
For Overseas Customer we will shop around for the best possible price and if over £8.50 we will email you to advise of cost.
Sorry we do not have a Showrrom as we are a mail order company which enables us to keep our prices competitive. Please telephone if you require any help.

Millennium Mark have simplified the process. If you know the size of the carpet we can offer you a quotation within minutes.
Having chosen a design we can then commence with a CAD drawing for approval. This process takes no more than a few days.
Once the CAD has been approved by the customer we will be able to complete the carpet manufacture within 4-6 weeks.

You can order a set of six Fiendship Tokens by simply selecting the tokens from the current list in the Friendship Token section that interest you, and selecting a case of your choice. Submit your order and Millennium Mark shall forward your order to you
Once the order is placed Millennium Mark will forward the goods enclosing an invoice. No payment is required until the goods are received. THIS APPLIES TO UK CUSTOMERS ONLY.
There is a tear off slip on the invoice which you return along with your cheque or postal order. Our Credit Terms are 14 days.

Yes. Millennium Mark can supply most items requested even though they are not contained in the site.
However there are difficulties at times with obtaining certain items.
Most requests are achievable.
